Do my customers need a FastWA account?
No. FastWA works in your browser alongside WhatsApp Web. There is no customer portal or separate customer login on this website.
How do I get a license?
Choose a duration and email us with your WhatsApp number. We arrange your extension package and issue a signed license for that number. Activation is manual; there is no online checkout here.
What is included in the plans?
The introductory plans include the FastWA module bundle: CRM, Kanban, templates, campaigns, chatbot flows, calendar, contact tools and more. Your license file lists the exact modules enabled for your number.
Where is my workspace data stored?
FastWA stores workspace data in your browser’s local storage. Back it up regularly. WhatsApp still uses its own services; optional AI and webhooks send the selected data to the providers you configure.
Does activation need a licensing server?
No. A signed license is verified locally against your WhatsApp number and its validity dates. WhatsApp messaging itself still needs an internet connection.
Will editing a license automatically update my extension?
No. After a license is changed or renewed, import the newly issued key or file. Previously downloaded offline keys retain their original signed validity.
Can I use a different WhatsApp number?
A license is bound to the number it was issued for. Contact us before changing your licensed number. Workspace data is stored separately in each browser.
Do scheduled messages work when my laptop is off?
No. Keep the browser and WhatsApp Web open and connected for scheduled sends and automations. FastWA is a browser extension, not a hosted messaging service.
Are AI services included in the price?
The AI tools use your own supported provider credentials. Provider usage fees are separate from your FastWA license.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Plans have a fixed validity period. Renew when you choose by contacting us. This website does not collect payments or card details.
